The Appeal Court in Bucharest has ordered the 30-day preventive arrest of the former presidential candidate, Călin Georgescu
After several months on the run from criminal prosecution in a case where he stands, among other things, of attempting a coup d’état, mercenary Horațiu Potra has been extradited and brought back to Romania.
A complete list with the candidates admitted for the presidential election in May will be made public on March 20th
