This week’s show celebrates the debut of the Nordic Festival, a unique collaboration between the embassies of Denmark, Finland, Iceland, Norway and Sweden. Under the motto “Enchanting Aurora”, Nordic Fest brought a “cultural expedition” to Bucharest, fostering deep dialogues on global challenges such as generative AI, sustainable development, and equal rights. We hear from high-profile diplomats and experts about the importance of critical thinking in the digital age and the shared values that link the Nordic lifestyle with Romanian aspirations.
Also today we’re happy to share a local success story of tech-driven creativity, featuring filmmaker Charlie Ottley. We discuss his latest project using AI to produce music that showcases the heritage of “Flavours of Romania”, proving that even the most modern tools can be used to preserve and promote timeless traditions.
