A NEW TOURIST BRAND FOR ROMANIA 30/07/2010
The Romanian government has chosen the World Exhibition in Shanghai to launch a new brand for Romania in its bid to attract more tourists to the country.

On the rundown today: 1.IMF and European Commission experts returned to Bucharest for a fresh assessment of the stand-by loan agreement concluded with Romania. 2.France decided to tighten its policy regarding the dismantling of illegal Rroma and traveler camps on its territory. 3.On Thursday Romania celebrated its national day at its pavilion as part of EXPO 2010 in Shanghai, and marked the occasion by launching its new country brand. 4.A tragic helicopter accident occurred on Monday in a mountain region in central Romania, killing 7 soldiers – 6 Israelis and one Romanian.
